Your role will be to motivate and inspire your team ensuring the store is a success, working as a "Team" with your staff, you will be leading from the front ensuring customer service and the store standards are kept high at all times.

Along with a strong desire to achieve the company's objectives, you will be liaising with peers and head office departments regarding recruitment and dismissal matters, you will be responsible for your own store ordering and the training of your staff, high visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping.
